Testimonials

“I am a recent college graduate and MB Wellness has helped me immensely in dealing with stressful situations, as a person who deals with anxiety during job interviews and other occasions. The breathing techniques I learned have helped me get past these situations, and will also carry me into my future career. I recommend MB Wellness to anyone looking for guidance in dealing with stress and anxiety!”

“When a person helps someone make a life changing routine in their daily habits, you know that person knows their craft. As I aged, my gut has become unstable – I had problems digesting my food and experienced recurring stomach pains. Margo suggested to start my day drinking ginger tea. Not the kind that you buy at the store but instead to boil fresh ginger. Since October 2023, I have started my day with fresh ginger tea. Needless to say, I have been reaping the benefits of a healthy gut. She also introduced me to the power of meditation and breathing. Who would have thought that deep in and out breathing can help relieve stress and immediately settles you down?

Margo’s aura is calming and she lives what she preaches. It doesn’t get better than that!”

Wellness is a journey, NOT a destination.

Seeing wellness as an active process is a valuable perspective; it includes an honest evaluation of self.  The wellness coach can be a mirror, where the client’s evaluations are heard and reflected back to them.  The client is presented with their own perspective from someone else.  The wellness coach can then ask questions about the goals and strategies to learn the client’s goals, without putting their own biases and directions on the clients.  The Certified Wellness Coach is a great resource, but they do not tell clients what to do, how to live, what choices to make nor do they provide rules to follow.  What a Wellness Coach does is to help and guide clients find their own best path which, in turn, leads to increased self-fulfillment.
